CHEESY BACON CORN DIP

INGREDIENTS:

2 ears Fresh From Florida sweet corn
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup bacon crumbles
1 jalapeno, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

-Preheat oven to 350.

-Cut the kernels off of two ears of Fresh From Florida sweet corn.

-In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon and jalapenos.

-Mix well, then place in an oven safe dish.

-Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot out of the oven.
