Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cups shredded leftover turkey
3 cups leftover stuffing
3 cups mashed potatoes
Gravy (for serving)
Panko breadcrumbs (for coating)
Optional: Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

-Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.

-In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. Add black pepper if desired. Mix thoroughly and shape the mixture into firm balls, about the size of a golf ball.

-Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs for a crispy coating, if desired. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

-Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through and lightly golden on the outside.

-Once done, remove from the oven and serve immediately with hot gravy drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
