Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning

Instructions:

-Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

-Toss the cauliflower florets in a large bowl with olive oil and dry ranch seasoning until well-coated.

-Arrange the florets in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.

-Roast for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and continue roasting for another 10 minutes or until they reach your desired level of roast.

-Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish and, if desired, garnish with additional Parmesan.

-Serve hot and savor the wonderful blend of flavors!
